Affilorama is the flagship website from Mark Ling, the creator of Affilojetpack. It is an educational website for people learning how to market online or on the internet. Most of his internet marketing products are released with the Affilo prefix, thus building a brand around the website as a source of top quality information products in the internet marketing niche. 

The site has a free section and a paid section.

The free section basically gives you free access to all the introductory content in internet marketing. Things like what is affiliate marketing and how the whole process of internet and affiliate marketing works from soup to nuts so to speak.

It deals with the basic understanding of what IM is at the highest level through to some really in depth topics such as how to create a rollover button on your website. So there is content on the strategies and the practical aspects of the work you will be required to do to succeed in IM.

On the whole, I'd say this is an excellent place to start if you are an IM newbie. The free content is good, solid information that will set you off in the right direction.
