Mark Ling – Creator Of Affilojetpack

You could say that his first IM product was his website/forum/course known as Affilorama. This is a very good resource for learning about everything to do with IM. And a good chunk of it is free.

He also created Traffic Travis, which is an SEO tool that gives you a great snapshot on how competitive a keyword is or how a website is ranking. There is much more that this desktop tool can do but it's safe to say that it is very handy if you are trying to rank for a keyword in Google or the other search engines. Again, you can get some of the functionality of Traffic Travis for free.

The next product that Mark Ling created was known as Affiloblueprint (as you can see he is branding his products with the Affilo prefix this looks like another smart move too). Affiloblueprint was a step by step course about creating an affiliate website.

The course takes you from inception through to going live and onto promoting your website. It was done via video, pdfs and a forum. Mark actually did everything himself and it is him doing the work. This includes registering domain names, keyword research...the works. Sure he probably doesn't do this in his real business but for the sake of the product he shows you how he does it as a one man band. Outsourcing is covered down the line.

This was an excellent product and can (and has) taken relative newbies in IM to having a successful affiliate website making money. The course focused on selling other peoples information products that were on Clickbank. In the course, Mark created a website using Xsitepro. So it was a static type website. He detailed how to lay it out for best response from visitors and other aspects of selling online via a website.

He did a similar product later on using the same teaching principles but this time using a wordpress blog. The process was pretty much the same except that you were using a blog but it was very similar really.

Before Mark started creating products for IM, he had created many information products that are sold on Clickbank. He continues to make information products and sells them on Clickbank. He claims that this is the focus of his business and IM related products are just a side line. I'm not sure how true this is as he seems to be moving into IM more these days.

Even so, some of his successful products outside of IM in the Rocket Languages courses, the Sit, Stay Fetch dog training course and Salehoo, a product that helps you find wholesale priced products. These products have been selling for over 5 years and continue to sell well.

Mark Lings team continue to improve on these products or bring out complementary products (new languages in the Rocket series for example). And Mark has plans to bring out new information products all the time.

This background, which spans just over 10 years in internet marketing, has touched just about every base you can think of when it comes to selling online. Mark has done it with a great measure of success. This successful experience is drawn on with is latest product, Affilojetpack.
